2010 Practice Schedule:

Nighttime practices begin on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 (the day after Memorial Day)!  

June 1 to June 18, 2010 - Practices (Monday through Friday):

5:45 pm -  6:30 pm            8 & under

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm             9 - 12 

7:30 pm - 8:30 pm            13 & up

**Times are approximate and may vary.

***Please leave the pool area immediately after the last practice ends. All swimmers and parents must be out of all of the pool facilities before 9 p.m.

***Nighttime practices will be held in the evenings until school ends.

 Daytime practices begin on Monday, June 21, 2010!

June 21 to August 6, 2010 - Practices (Monday through Friday):    

   Practice times                    Ages

7:00 am - 8:00 am             13 & up

8:00 am - 9:00 am             9 -12

9:00 am -10:00 am            8 & under

Evening Stroke Clinic practices begin on Thursday, June 24 (optional, but recommended)!

June 24 to August 6, 2010 - Stroke Clinic (Tuesday and Thursday only):

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm              11 and over

Swim Practice:

 

Practice is held Monday through Friday from June 1 through August 6, 2010. There will be no practice on the morning following a night swim meet. Practice is always held at Woodlands Pool, 2 Northampton Blvd, Stafford, VA  22554, Telephone (540) 658-4241

 

Each swimmer should try to attend all scheduled practices.  While it is understood that this is not always possible, please let the Coach know if you will not be able to attend.  Year-round swimmers, who are also swimming long course, should let the coach know what their practice schedule is with their other team.

***NOTE: Parents and swimmers are asked NOT to park or idle in the FIRE LANE in front of Woodlands Pool. There should be no "waiting" in the FIRE LANE for swimmers to be picked up!
